Nice bed but…MoniqueThree things - First the mattress sits inside the frame making it a little challenging to put on a flat sheet. Which leads to the second thing… there’s 3 sets of holes to choose from that are not explained in the assembly instructions. I used the very top holes so the mattress isn’t too far inside the frame. The last thing is the slats are a separate purchase. If you don’t have them the mattress will fall. This is a safety issue and IKEA should not allow this bed to be sold without them. Hope this helps someone out because it really is a nice bed.

Beautiful frameKariI’ve had this full size frame in white since October 2021, and it’s a wonderful bed! It still looks brand new after 4 years. The biggest selling point for me was the amount of room for storage under it. Having started out sharing a small apartment, I was able to store a lot under it to free up space! It’s very sturdy, never squeaks and even having disassembled it to move 1100 miles away, initial set up, tear down and setting it up again was a breeze (having done it on my own). It’s hands down my favorite piece of furniture!! I have the Luröy base with it, which has been great! The slats lock into the top and bottom and they stay in place. They’ve retained their shape, too. Zero complaints about this bed!! I also loved the option to assemble the base higher or lower inside the frame, depending on how you want your mattress to sit. Can’t say enough, genuinely happy with this Ikea find!
Don’t Buy It!AnnaThis bed was a Christmas gift from my daughter last year. I feel so bad that she spent her savings on this bed. The bed frame is absolutely horrible. From the start, very difficult to assemble. I believe there were missing pieces or just really lousy design. Mattress keeps falling inside the frame. The wooden piece that’s supposed to support mattress is way too small. I honestly can’t say if I had a week of sleep without sinking in. It’s been less than a year and the headboard broke. This bed makes so much noise my dogs are terrified to come close. I guess one good thing came out of it, my dogs no longer try to sleep on my bed.
I would love to attach pictures but IKEA doesn’t allow it. Smart I guess.
I used to like shopping at IKEA but quality went significantly down.
I will never purchase furniture from IKEA.

Perfect bed for our 3 year old granddaughter!SherylWe purchased this bed for our granddaughter. It took a little while for my husband and son-in-law to put together but she has loved her new big girl bed. We plan to buy drawers at a later time so she can stay organized.
Very dissapointedCarolinaBought it 2 years ago, very squeaky , is a full size bed, now with 1.5" or more enlarge, looks like my mattress shink 2 inches. I use to love Ikea, but this was the exception, have to buy again another bed
Pretty, but not well-constructedJadeI have purchased a lot of IKEA furniture in the past and have ultimately been happy with it, but this bed is incredibly disappointing. I am confident in constructing furniture, and know that I did a good job putting this together, but ultimately I just think the craftsmanship is not up to snuff.
The plus: It's a great looking headboard.
The negatives: After just a couple of days we started to hear squeaking with every movement of this bed. No matter how much we tighten, hammer, etc. it feels like the pieces simply aren't perfectly flush which leads to some minor instability and more annoyingly, creaks and cracks constantly. We've removed the mattress several times to find the weak points and have consistently re-tightened multiple elements of the bed, but relief never lasts more than a few days. I'll attempt to reinforce the bed on more time this evening, but if the issue continues we'll unfortunately be purchasing something else.
I would not recommend this frame.
Great!MadisonThis bed was pretty easy to put together. It seems pretty sturdy. There were a few scratches on the headboard.
Not SturdyLauraThis was the first piece of furniture we purchased from Ikea and unfortunately will probably be the last. The first night we slept in this bed it collapsed in the middle of the night. We are not overweight people, in fact quite the opposite. We think the provided screws were to blame as they are not long enough. The bed is the perfect size for the space, though.
Not worth itAlexI’ve only had this bed for 3 months and one of the wooden planks cracked. I woke up one night because the left side of my mattress dropped to the floor. Poor quality material.
Great bedElizabethThis bed is perfect for my grandson.. he was moving into a new apartment and wanted a larger bed. It is perfect and he has the drawers that slide under the bed to save room as well.
Decent. But a pain to assembleByronStandards might be low but has served me well - it's not going to be a frame that lasts decades (though I could be surprised) but it's survived a couple moves. It is pretty annoying to assemble (and reassemble). But it does do the trick.
I wouldn't, say, jump on this as a 190lb man. But I certainly feel comfortable having partners over.
Buy the higher-end bed slats though.
A cheap piece of garbageKevinTo provide some context I have never written a review about something. I’ve had plenty of bad interactions with products and great ones as well. I guess this product deserves my first review. I’m writing this to provide a general warning to the public, AVOID PURCHASING THIS BED FRAME!!!!
I’ve had this bed now for less than six months. I moved to a new apartment and had to reassemble the bed. The center metal piece that acts as the primary support failed on me. The screws are the cheapest thing I’ve ever worked with. They oftentimes had me guessing if this was a metal screw I was working with or another piece of plastic. You couldn’t use a screw driver to build this thing you needed an actual power drill. The wood itself is nice but the metal they provide, look up the word flimsy in the dictionary and a picture of the “‘metal” screws and beams you are working with will appear.
I strongly recommend DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. You are better off spending your money elsewhere.

FlimsyAnaI have bought many products from IKEA in USA and Portugal. This item was very disappointing. The headboard fell apart and collapsed with my child and I lying in bed. This a a cheap and poorly made product.
