Absolutely love love. Buying a second oneRachelI love this sofa. It’s sturdy, deep enough that my mom regularly (sometimes for a week at a time) sleeps on it, our dog loves the comfort and we do too. We’ve had it for 1 1/2 years and the cushions are the same as day one. We found amazing custom covers on Etsy and can pick colors and different fabrics. We can wash all the cushions and they always look like new afterwards. I even returned a west elm sofa and went back to this one because I love it so much. It’s not soft and squishy - I have a bad nurse back and I can’t sit on pillow like cushions. It’s the perfect couch. 5

mistake! First, we had a problem with one of the back cushions not puffing up properly (still waiting for a replacement after months). This sofa is terribly uncomfortable. The fabric is scratchy and gets warm. And I'm not sure if it's the incline or the firmness but sitting on it for any length of time hurts my back. (It doesn't bother my partner). It is also not wearing well. Threads keep coming loose in the fabric and we frequently have to trim it. This is the first time I've had trouble with an Ikea purchase. I deeply regret spending $900 on this thing.2

NiceCristineWe like the sofa. It looks nice and is solid. Downsides: Hard to put arms on, the back rest cushions get warped as you lean on them and have to be reshaped by unzipping and sticking an arm in. There are no available fabric arm rest covers and, being a light color, they will get filthy. It would have been nice to have matching fabric arm covers available. We had to make our own and they make it look kind of ratty, but the alternative is filthy armrests!4
