Feels as soft and fluffy as it looks! Comfy to sleep in and easy to care for thanks to the mix of cotton and polyester. This comforter can be washed frequently at high temperatures – and it dries quickly too.

Much nicerRobertaThe conversation is much more substantial than the last one I bought.5
My granddaughter loves it!MaryMy granddaughter says it is comfortable and loves being able to change the look by changing the cover.5
I really love the Småsporre duvet/insert!LesleyI really love the Småsporre duvet/insert! This is perfect for my current season of spring. At night it is cooler but we normally will leave the AC on, or open the windows, or only use the fan with the windows open or closed. This duvet/insert keeps my hot running spouse evenly temperate and me cold running satisfied as well. It hangs over the sides of the bed beautifully I mention this because I have a king and many times there is no hang. This has that nice hang. Fits the IKEA duvet covers nicely but no tabs to attach insert to duvet cover.5

quality has gone downhill on comfortersJILLI have had simple cotton-covered light-warmth comforters from IKEA for years. I had to replace one, and this was most comparable to the kind that used to have the blue and white piped trim.
This comforter is light and fluffy, but the cover is thin and a bit scratchy. I actually hate it.1
I love it comfy, ISANDRAI love it comfy, I sleep much better, the price was well worth it, great investment5
Great comforterClaudiaThis is a lightweight but warm comforter. I found it a great value for the price. We are very happy with it and can recommend with confidence.5

Warm, comfortable, but not well madeSUEWithin the first week of having this on my bed the quilting stitches had started to come undone in several places.3
This is exactly what weKATHLEENThis is exactly what we wanted. It is a thin, light-weight comforter.5
Nice at first, but ripped after 3rd washMISSYI loved this comforter when we first bought it! Pros: It didn’t make me overheat while sleeping, it was just the right amount of “fluff” for me & my husband. The price couldn’t be beat for a king size comforter.
Cons: We’ve only had this comforter for 2 months. After the 3rd washing, it got a bunch of pilling on one side (those little fuzz balls that drive everyone nuts) & the stitching came undone on the seam in several places.
I followed the washing instructions on the comforter, and made sure I never washed anything with it, so I was upset to see it go downhill so quickly. The washing instructions say: “Machine wash very hot, normal cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry, medium, normal cycle. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.” Okay, great followed those.
And the website description even says that you can wash this comforter frequently: “This comforter can be washed frequently at high temperatures.”
If that’s the case, why did this only last through 3 washes, before the seams came undone and it’s covered with little fuzz balls? I’m super disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for.
However, I had the MYSA STRÅ IKEA comforter for 5 years with no problems, before replace it with this one. (If only I had bought the MYSA STRÅ in a king size before they discontinued it!) I read this was a good substitute. That was not the case.
Overall, it’s cheap and everything about the warmth level and being able to machine wash it is nice, besides how it falls apart quickly and easily. Just be aware this comforter may not be with you for very long.2
