Care
Wipe clean with a mild soapy solution.
Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
For increased stability, re-tighten the screws about two weeks after assembly and when necessary.

Chairs good customer service not so muchBartOrdered four black chairs for family coming over have four already and I like them very sturdy. Yet customer service at West Sac for pick up is lacking. Instead of four black chairs I got three brown and one black. Don’t have time to exchange since family is coming this week. Would be nice to actually get what you order instead of what’s convenient to grab off the shelf.

Poor ValueLeviChairs came with already stripped out screw-holes, sit unevenly in spite of proper construction according to the instructions provided, and the material is so light it cannot withstand tightening of fasteners without cracking. Not worth the time spent shopping for them, let alone the price paid.
Truly a safety riskMeaghanI hate writing reviews like this but all 4 of my chairs broke within 8 months. I was eating dinner and the chair collapsed causing me to slam my head. We tried to save money buying these but it was a mistake sadly.

DangerousCatherineThese chairs are not sturdy. They break very easily. There have been several times the chairs have broken and a person has ended up on the floor with bruises. Thankfully nothing serious, but there are elderly people in our home. We have to replace all of the ones we purchased. You should recall them.

Would leave 0 if I could…ColinI bought a set of 6. I have had two chairs break within 10 months of having them that are beyond repair. The first was replaced as it occurred within 6 months. However 10 months in they will not replace the second chair. The material is cheap and not worth the cost. I would go somewhere else for chairs as they are not durable.
improvedPeterI had purchased one of these earlier to replace one that had broken under a very large guest. The new design had stronger bolts rather than glued joints. I bought two more to replace some older chairs that were past their prime.
