Basically some chipped up foam and air. I’ll be ordering what I need online. I suspect this does what is needed for a stomach sleeper. 5

best pillow I have ever usedAnnaI've been using this pillow for two years now and it is literally the best pillow I have ever used. I sleep so good with it. I only ever sleep on my back or side but I find that this provides the perfect amount of support and I never wake up with neck pain. I've actually heard that the back of your head should be more or less aligned with your back, so not elevated, and this is just right. All in all this pillow genuinely changed my life and I look forward to it every night.5
DisappointingJaneThis “soft” pillow has no support, even for a stomach-sleeper. It was also lumpy and I knew it wouldn’t be comfortable. I reported it damaged, because I can’t understand it being correct as it came to me. I do thank Ikea for crediting my account for the purchase and not making me pay to return the item. But save your money and choose a different pillow.2
