Arrived dirtyTerryI ordered this mattress to arrive at my son and daughter in law's home. The mattress is fine, however it arrived with the cover plastic ripped and it had black marks on the mattress cover. The CR was very nice and offered to pick it up and send a new one. My daughter in law had washed the cover instead of returning it. It cleaned up fine, but, I was disappointed and embarrassed.
