very goodVeronikareally stylish, very comfortable, great price . put together in 1 minute5
It's okay, but EstherIt's a cute, lightweight chair, BUT totally uncomfortable without lots of padding or pillows3
Great design and comfortableJenniferThese took MAYBE 4 min to set up. You wouldn’t expect them to be comfortable but they are, even without a pillow. I love the pop of color in my yard. (I bought the orange). I’ve already got many compliments on them 5
Love itJoonPretty color. I need to put throw on the seat if I sit for a long time, but the shape is comfortable.5
extremely comfyJensDespite it being metal, it does not dig in at all. I also ended up throwing a bunch of furs over it for even more cushion.5
Try Before You BuyIsaacBeautiful chair at a great price, but sitting in it for more than 5 minutes gives me almost immediate back pain. I'm 6'5" and this may not be an issue for everyone judging by the other reviews, but definitely try before you buy if your IKEA has one on display--mine did not as far as I could tell. However, it's still very well constructed for the price and I do love the design, I just wish I was able to sit in it.3
Comfortable classicJonathanReissuing this design was such a good idea! I hope there will be more of this sort of thing. Condolences to all the vintage resellers. Very ergonomic, if a bit less so when naked.5
Surprisingly comfy!PamelaI know it's hard to believe looking at it, but this chair is actually surprisingly comfortable. It just kind of cradles your body into a relaxing, slightly reclined position. The fact that it was originally designed in the '80s is what attracted me to it, as I'm trying to add fun 1980s decor to my bedroom. I only wish Ikea made a custom cushion with a back and bottom for it, but I suppose cushions meant for other chairs may work for it. I plan on getting a pillow in a fun '80s print to go with it. 5
Great size for a bedroomJjwe were looking for a pair of chairs for the bedroom and these fit perfectly. super easy to put together. they are sturdy and fit in with our design.5
Cheap paint flakes and rubs off MichaelBefore even assembling this chair, I noticed that the instructions had some orange smears on it. Not thinking much of it, I assembled the chair in my vinyl flooring and saw streaks of orange appear. Paint also began to chip at the corners. I think it’s a good looking piece, but the quality wasn’t quite up to snuff 3
fantastic!Andreaso glad this retro piece is back. comfortable and stylish and great design5
Timeless and really stand the test of time.JayneI purchased two of these chairs in the early 1980’s when I lived in Toronto. They have traveled with me everywhere over 40 years . They are timeless all you have to do is change cushions. You can consider mine vintage now,5
