Largest basket completely dented, totally unusable.BrittanyLike the title says. It's completely dented in the middle, and unusable as a result. This came in an order with other items, two of which were also damaged (one of which was rendered unusable). Everything in the order is packaged loose, including heavy shelf brackets made of metal. None of it has any packaging material to prevent all the items from hitting each other during shipping. Furthermore, one side of the shipping box was already coming apart where the tape was falling off. This is all on top of the information on what was and was not shipping, and it's arrival time, was completely inaccurate. Now watch their auto-responder say "Sorry it came broken, we understand this is not a good experience." Like, no kidding? Ridiculous. Do not order this, or any delivery from IKEA.

Extremely fragileWitoldIt looks great brand new but it scratches and chips off extremely easily. I think the board is made from some sort of a paper pulp. I wouldn’t use it in a garage or workshop.
