MAXIMERA drawer is a smooth-running, full-extension drawer with built-in dampers so that it closes slowly, softly, and quietly.

The door damper prevents your cabinet door from slamming by catching the moving door so that it closes slowly, gently and silently.

The door can be mounted to open to the left or right.

Snap-on hinges can be mounted onto the door without screws, and you can easily remove the door for cleaning.

Sturdy frame construction, ¾" thick.

Mind the directions and hinge angle!!!!!!!!!JeremyAfter about 6 hours of messing with this, calls to IKEA who told me this cabinet was designed wrong and finally realizing I'm a moron, I got this cabinet to work! Mind your directions that come with the Maximera drawer not the drawer slide directions. The slides need to go in position 5,11 and 17 and you need to use the 135 degree door hinges not the standard 110. If you use the 110 the drawers will not clear the door as others have mentioned. IKEA you need to make 21" drawer fronts!!!!!!!!!!5
Faulty designIanThe door prevents the inner drawers from opening making it unusable. 1
No drawers! No way!DimitriWhat a disappointment, this seems to be the only cabinet size that Ikea doesn't offer front drawers for. After being reassured by a designer that we can mix and match drawers / doors on all the cabinets we found out the truth the hard way after the countertops were already installed to size we are forced to install the doors instead of the drawers. Wife hates it.1
