Good cabinetLidysCabinet itself is great. However very poor information on if the bottom is a trash bin holder and if so what size ikea bin would it use. I’ve burnt my brain thinking and looking. It should be easy peasy info on the description or pictures. 4
Large drawer front not correctKiraWhile this mostly seems like a fine cabinet for the price, the large bottom drawer does not come with a drawer front. It comes with drawer hardware, but a door front that does not attach correctly. We reached out to Ikea, but they just sent us another door front. Very frustrating.2
Pretty. But no pre drilled holesElizabethWith out pre drilled holes there is room for error and mine ended up not correct- with the drawers uneven . I had to be taken apart again and put together together again. Very time intensive and not worth the money 2

What is particleboard?

Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
