Does not have room for plumbing!LliA pullout drawer under the sink is a great idea- but the design needs to be changed to accommodate at least a drain and p trap. The back of the Maximera high drawer is too high for most drain assemblies, unless maybe they are attached to a very shallow sink. I have a 30" cabinet and drawer and it looks great from the outside, but in order for it to function, the metal back of the drawer will need to be cut.2
Corners were cutJaredThese cabinets look nice and the glides are nice. However, the drawer front flexes forward more than it should when opening the drawer; it's not a problem, just feels cheap. My biggest gripe is that the drawer only makes use of 17" of the 23" available cabinet depth. I'm assuming they just wanted to save money on shorter glides and drawer parts. Some of my older Ikea cabinets with the same dimensions have an extra 4 inches of drawer depth. The instructions are terrible as always, so I had to undo and reassemble the drawer once because I followed the instructions from the drawer instead of the extension hardware.3

Do the homeworkKimberlyWhen purchased, was given wrong parts for particular sink application which sales associate was told and shown sink model. After putting 90%together had to take apart ,go back to store to exchange a couple of pieces and put together again3
