Sektion Base Cab 36" wide has no center supportBillI recommend installing a center post, although it's not on the instructions. We installed it using a laminate countertop. We installed a 32" sink and in the front center, there is no support. As a result, it moves when you lean over the sink to pull the shades down behind the cabinet. It would probably work better with Crystaline, Marble, or granite. Even still, I would install a center post, with a horizonal support that covers the sink. Measure 34 1/2 w x7 1/2" H x 1 1/4" (5/4) lumber. The center post cut to the height of the horizontal measure.3

Needs support in the front!AlvaroI really like Ikea kitchen cabinets, we have a full kitchen of them, but this cabinet needs better support in front for the countertop. The metal pieces sagged quite a bit with granite. I replaced the metal strip with a piece of wood, which I would highly recommend doing1
Instructions are just awful, materials are too cheap.Anonymous reviewerIf you get one of these cabinets with multiple drawers you will be screwing and unscrewing for an entire day trying to get everything lined up. IKEA really needs to hire a more competent third-party company to redo their instructions. Also every time you unscrew something it chips off the plastic coating.3
