Because I missed the one year warranty by a month, customer service couldn’t help at all when it completely fell apart. Save your money. Wish I could add photos— what a mess! If you saw it, you’d remove it from your cart immediately!
Cute but won’t last long KayliI love the look of this, but as others mentioned, it splinters easily. I’ve had it a year and the plastic feet on the bottom have popped through the bamboo as well. It’s still usable but I expect I’ll have to replace it in the next year or two, and I had hoped it would last a bit longer for the price.
