Great, Stylish SinkKathalynI almost didn't order this sink after reading several negative reviews that described quality problems. I'm so glad I took the chance. The sink has no quality issues. It looks great. I love the styling, including the raised edge and built-in backslash. My bathroom is too small for a larger vanity with counter space, so I really like the area around the faucet. There's room for a soap dish and a few items. I ordered the combo with the Hemnes cabinet. It looks fantastic. I am so glad I didn't let the negative reviews deter me from buying this sink.5
Purchased 2. Both are uneven.AlexandraLoved the combo at the San Diego store with the Tannforsen vanity. The sink was perfect on the vanity. I bought the same vanity and 2 sinks just incase. Both sinks are not even. The front right corner of the sinks rise up about 3mml from the vanity. Very frustrating. Double checked everything. It’s the sinks imperfections. The vanity is perfect. Good luck!3

Add a spacer on vanity cabinetDaehoI put this sink on ÄNGSJÖN cabinet. This cabinet has full-cover door, which cause horizontal wall(?) of cabinet is 5/8inch inside. This is the reason why other people complain about this sink for big gap. My solution was adding a spacer when attaching ÄNGSJÖN cabinet into the wall. Then, sink sits beautifully. This sink itself has no problem. 4
Beautiful sink. Poor casting.ToddI, like other purchasers, got all the way to end, only to place the sink on top of the Havbäck cabinet and find that the casting has left a bow in the underside front of the sink. This is causing the sink to sit on two contact points; the rear of the sink and the front middle of the sink. Any pressure on the front right or front left of the sink will cause it to rock up on back (opposite side). What a pain. Sure I can shim the front corners but perhaps the manufacturer could put in place some better quality control???3
Quality control issues. MichaelBought 2. Both are out of level and will not sit flush on the tannforsen cabinet. You can see where they tried to fix it in the factory by grinding about 1/4 inch of material away to make it square. Only way to fix is to add a ton of extra silicon or notch out the cabinet from the front. Disappointing for an IKEA product. At this point just go to Lowe’s…1
Did not sit flush on Havback vanityAnonymous reviewerThe sink was slightly too deep for the 30” Havback vanity. A lip along the bottom -front of the sink interfered with the top-front of the vanity causing a ~3/8” gap between the sink and vanity near the front corners. I had to trim material from the front piece of the vanity in order for the sink to sit flush. 3
Beautiful sink, not best fit with HEMNESKeeganThis sink top is beautiful and exactly what my wife and I were looking for! However, compatibility with the HEMNES vanity requires a big astrict. Due to the depth of this sink, when you install the provided water trap the top drawer hits the trap and will not close all of the way because it needs at least another half inch of clearance. My simple fix was to notch out the back of the drawer to give it the clearance it needed to fully close. For me this was a minor inconvenience but still frustrating given it states it fits HEMNES which should mean no modifications required. Thus, 4 stars and not 5.4
DOES NOT FIT WITH HEMNES VANITYEmilyA classic Ikea nightmare. after many general issues with the annoying nature of products like this, I was at the point of installing the drawers to double check the dry fitted plumbing. This in no way clears the drawers. Are you kidding me?! the whole point of this is to fit the plumbing under the drawers. The overflow attachment takes up too much vertical space. OK, I can rig something. Found a random tube to go from overflow directly into the corner of the drain. whew. go to screw in the drain and realize the screw is too long, as it is meant for the set up that includes the overflow. This does not clear the drawers of the hemnes vanity. I only have so many hours to search website for a part that I fear does not exist. I kindof think whoever made these things are actually agents of satan, put here to make me lose my mind in frustration. I live 5 hours from the nearest store. Why I ordered this on line. I ask you, devilish bot reading this review, HOW AM I TO MAKE THIS WORK?1
