Terrible JosephineDon’t buy this piece of junk. It was useless when I was moving in my daughter into the dorm. The wheels will invert itself and cause your load to be fishtailed off to the side. It’s too short and was hurting my back, too.
Absolutely horrible designDavidThis cart has one problem that is a deal breaker, and another that is an annoyance. When loaded with anything more than 5-10 lbs, the wheels can start to teeter-totter side to side. Unless you stop rolling, this increases in intensity causing the cart to tip over to one side. It’s basically unusable with this design flaw. The other issue is that the handle is too short for someone my height (6’2”).
RulleborSharonThis is a great cart for transporting items short distances. I really appreciate how easy it is to fold and store. Fantastic as long as the folding and unfolding instructions and carry weight limit are adhered to. It is mostly made of steel making it a much better value than most.

A few annoying issues StanleyI want to like the product, but I have a few issues with it. First of all it is a bit too short, so it is uncomfortable for me to pull it for a long time. Also, the platform doesn't lock in place with enough force, so the included elastic can cause it to fold up and tip the cart over if used in the way shown in the picture.
Improve on Design AnnBought this instore & used immedietly to carry a long (not too wide) bench box.
It tipped whilst left standing alone so a design improvement may help. Otherwise its useful for small boxes.just keep propping it up as it can tip over !
Love it but..RachelAbsolutely love the all black design and the simplicity of it. However, this cannot pull anything that is a touch too heavy as the wheels end up bowing in or out. I did manage to figure out that if I push instead of pull the cart it solves the issue, but that’s a bit awkward for certain objects. I purchased in the As-Is section so I’m pretty sure I can’t return it :/

not terrible, not greatMathewFirst of all it does not support the labeled weight capacity 66lbs. We loaded 58lbs of canned seltzer on it and the wheels were bowing outwards. Even on a smooth level surface it would give us problems and wobble. The lack of a plastic handle also made it a bit uncomfortable to pull or push and gave little leverage for control plus there's no rubber feet on the bottom shelf to prevent it from getting scuffed up from the ground. The whole carts design needs to go back to the drawing board
Not ideal for traveling distancesPeterI used this for carting my laundry to the laundromat a few blocks from my house. After a couple months, the wheels started to bow inwards, making it wobble and fall over when moving. So frustrating. I ended up throwing it out.

Not good for tall personWinnieHandles are a bit short so if you’re tall - it’s a bit awkward to use, you have to slouch or bend. Otherwise it is a good cart - lightweight but sturdy. Wheels are smooth and travels well on rough surfaces. Handles do not fold down so it is not very compact. The bungee cord is thin and only good for lightweight items on cart. Overall it’s good for the price.

Great for moving large potted plantsStaceyas well as other things around the house. Appreciate not having to ask others for help with simple heavier things. Also, I picked mine up in the "As Is" section (preassembled with a tiny paint chip) at a discount for extra bonus.
Perfect CartKarenThis cart is light and easy to use. The convenience is amazing. I purchased for my daughter who lives a third floor apartment. Groceries and packages are now easy to transport. I highly recommend.
It is made of sturdyDusankaIt is made of sturdy material but not practical. Each time applying a weight on it the entire back sides falls forward to the ground squishing grocery…. When I have a chance I will go to the store, maybe they can guide me how to keep it from falling flat on the ground. This is the only item that is not functioning as I expected in decades of shopping and enjoying products by you.
I loved the tall blue one, but unfortunately it is stolen.
