great lamp for price - beware of lightbulb specificationsIsabelAs other reviews said, it's a really great lamp for the price and looks great on my wall. However, since I don't have a car and it's not convenient to get to the nearest IKEA via transit, I had to get the lamp shipped to me. Because the lighbulb isn't eligible for any shipping, I had to then find an equivalent lightbulb elsewhere. As the other comment said, a E12 GLOBE light is the only one that worked. I tried to get a standard E12 shape and the screw that secures the glass cover would not go in all the way because the lightbulb was too long. IKEA - if you're not going to give more specific specs for the lightbulb, at least ship your lightbulbs to the same locations where you would ship lamps. 5
Nice lamp for price, pairs great with dimmable bulbsDominicBought 4 of this lamp to use throughout the house, cut the cord and direct wired to replace existing wall sconces. Recommend pairing with a nice dimming bulb for a great look. Tough to find a better wall sconce at this price point. Be sure to find a bulb that fits, only worked with e12 globe bulbs.5
