Does not compare to the SÖMNTUTA Sheet setJadeThis brand is apparently the only option that replaced the SÖMNTUTA Sheet set but there is NO comparison. After washing the SÖMNTUTA
Sheet set, the material was light and airy when wet. They were cool, all night, and soft with a 400 thread count and they did not wrinkle when fitted on your mattress. The RÖNNVECKMAL sheets absorb heat and DO NOT stay cool, with a much lower thread count. After washing them the material is heavy when wet and prone to wrinkling when dry. The only reason I still buy sheet sets at Ikea after they discontinued the SÖMNTUTA is because they are the only brand sold in the USA with proper envelope closure pillow cases. But I am not a happy camper. I wish Ikea would bring back the SÖMNTUTA.
Not soft or coolSarahBought these a couple of months ago and was saving them to use during summer. Well, I just started using these sheets, Queen size this June. The bottom sheet pockets are big and the top sheet is smaller than what I expected but it's ok. The pillowcases feel like I can exfoliate my face. I was hoping these sheets would be soft like a previous set I bought at Ikea, but they are not. They feel rough & thick, not cool at all. Maybe they'll work better during the winter. I hope they soften up a bit after several washes. I am disappointed.
I Love These SheetsHelenI have very sensitive skin and I am constantly buying new sheets. These sheets stay wrinkle free and have a heavy, crisp feel. Every night when I go to bed, I feel like I am sleeping at a luxury spa.
Great valueSusanThese sheets are reasonably priced, I bought king size, for the quality. They are nice and roomy, no wrestling to put these sheets on the bed! After washing they are still crisp, although they are not super soft, but I think they will be the kind that last forever and get softer and softer. I enjoyed my first night sleep on them, and did not get overheated or chilled. Kept perfect comfort!
HorribleSabrinaDid I get a different product than these good reviews? I’m no sheets snob by any means but these are the worst sheets I’ve ever slept on in my entire life. They are so scratchy and uncomfortable I tossed and turned all night from the poor quality. My skin feels like I have carpet burn all over my arms and legs. It was such a bad night sleep that when I woke up at 4 am tossing and turning I bought another, different, sheet set online to replace these.

Top sheet too narrowTeresaThe fabric is very nice, but while the bottom sheet is understandably oversized to accommodate thicker mattresses, the top sheet is much too narrow for my 9” thick mattress. There is only about an inch of fabric that can be tucked in along the sides, however the length of the top sheet is actually extra long. I think this would work on a full-sized mattress but the sizing is way off for a queen. I have bought many sheet sets from IKEA over the years and this is the first time I’ve encountered this problem.

Cheap quality ☹️TomLove how thick the sheets are very comfortable but they dont last only had them a few months and ripped 1 pillow case and the fitted sheet started to tear in 3 spots on the side I would have expected that more from a 25$ paor of sheets not 90 something doller sheets.. I do like the sheets more than other ones I have but they just dont seem to last so keep that in mine if they are your only sheets they will not last long...would I recommend yes and no..but I would say why as I did above

Lovely fabric, an unfitted fitted sheetChristopherThe fabric is beautiful, and I really appreciate the design of the pillowcases, which has a sort of pocket for one end of the pillow to tuck into so that they don’t fall off. However, the sizing seems wrong: I have IKEA queen sheets on an IKEA queensize bed, and the fitted sheet is just enormous, I can never get it nicely stretched—it’s always crazy wrinkled.

Nice material, very poor constructionBrianneOccasionally I get a little overzealous when I rip off a care tag, and for this I accept responsibility. However, removing the care tag on this fitted sheet immediately tore the seam apart. I looked at the stitching more closely, and the seams are very poorly sewn; if you pull the fabric at the seam apart even gently, holes appear at the seam, which suggests VERY weak stitching. I will have to reinforce all the seams in this set.
The seam finishing is also very poor; the fabric is unraveling after one wash. Wish I could add a photo so non-sewists could see what I'm talking about.
Decent enough material for percale sheets, but so disappointed in the construction.

Not so greatBethThey don't fit! I bought two queen sized sets. The fitted sheet is way too big and the top sheet is way too small. The pockets are deep, which is fine, but the corners don't even line up with the mattress. We live two hours away from the nearest IKEA, and I washed both sets as soon as I got home. I'm stuck with really expensive rags. On the upside, the fabric is really nice, cool and crisp. If they fit, they'd be perfect.
