Care
Wipe clean with a mild soapy solution.
Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
For increased stability, re-tighten the screws about two weeks after assembly and when necessary.

It’s good. You should get it.StinaI found this chair in the as-is section maybe three years ago and I got it and then didn’t want it when I learned that as-is section there are no returns and I put the chair in the garage. then when I moved house, I took it with me. because it’s so beautiful. the chair is very sturdy. It’s lovely. Comfortable for dining and working at the table. Very reliable. Very useful. I used it as a chair. I’d use it as a dressing valet. I’ve used it as a chair. I’d use it as dressing valet. I’ve used it as a step-stool.
If you’re thinking about getting it, you should get it. It’s good.

There is no way toGuoThere is no way to align the legs while keep all the screwa tight. Yes, the manual does say to level the chair before tightening alll the screws, but however you adjust, once the screws are tightened, it would be the same.
Great, but some can’t be builtVictoriaI got four of these, 2 were easy to put together, but two had the same problem with the backstop. The holes are drilled slightly off and the backstop can’t sit flush with the relief, making the holes too far away to get the screws into.
Very nice chair.EvaThis chair was relatively easy to assemble and is not only attractive but really quite comfortable. My only complain is that when I was at the store, there were only three left in stock! I needed six, so I will have to make a return trip sometime (a four-hour drive).

I love the chair but couldn’t assemble it.BrianI bought four of these chairs and all four were unable to be built. The pre-drilled holes for the first step were too small for the screws provided. Even with a drill, the screws didn’t screw. Unfortunately I had to return the chairs which I really wanted because of the style and durability. I wish I could get these chairs again but it’s inconvenient for me to purchase the items again, going home and finding out the screws don’t fit, and then having to drive to the store again to make a return. I hope the issue can be resolved soon because I really want the chairs.
Beautiful, solid chairAnonymous reviewerI was looking for a midcentury-feeling chair to compliment our Norden table & these chairs went perfectly (they matched in color perfectly as well!) Assembling the chairs was not too hard, although it took some adjusting to get everything to line up perfectly– as long as you have a bit of patience, it will be fine. The chairs feel solid, and I am very happy with the quality materials as well.
