More comfortable than it looksStephenWe bought this chair to take up some space in our master bedroom, but we ended up sitting on it all the time and reading a book because it is so comfortable. Installation was easy and assembly was easy. Instructions were very clear.
The velvet looks odd and everything sticks on itMariaI was disappointed to see how the fabric was not the best. Although, I loved the color, it is so beautiful. The design is very good as well. But with the fabric collecting fuzzies, and keeping weird spots that cannot be brushed away, I just feel it was too expensive for the price.

Nice style, terrible because it tips backwardsKellySecond review I've tried to write re: this chair. It is not a safe chair if you have children or elders or anyone not careful. It easily tips backwards unless you center your weight precisely (and we are not large or overweight folks-average), and a child climbing onto it or teen plopping down with some force at an odd angle can easily tip this chair. It is a poor design. I have two and am very sorry I ordered online without trying this in the store. I think it should be recalled, frankly.

RemstaKimbraThis chair looks good in the bedroom, and I added a toss pillow that matches the comforter. Considering the economical price, it sits comfortably. Unfortunately like all Ikea chairs, the back of the chair is at a very steep incline which makes it impossible to sit up straight, look around and comfortably converse with others. (Why does Ikea make all their furniture this way?)
