A love/hate relationship.DonnaLove the size and the versatility of this desk. One issue… it “jiggles” when I type so my monitor “jiggles”. I’ve tried tightening things up … but it still jiggles. It’s disappointing … but at this point I guess I have to get used to it??
It's missing a part KellyThis instruction booklet is missing the part that attaches to the crank - a long metal piece that goes inside the desk. This part is not mentioned in the instructions, and it did not come with my desk. I keep calling and they don't have the part. I am probably going to have to return the desk.
slick design, solid buildArbyamazing desk, I’m 5' 8" most desks are not comfortable for me, this is a nicely designed desk with adjustable height, i can work for hours and my shoulders are comfortable. really like it, another great product from IKEA

It's missing the hook and ikea can't identify the hook, but otherwise goodTimothyThe item listing mentions the hook. Images shows the hook. Technical drawings show the hook. Instruction step #12 has the hook being installed. The screws for the hook exist. Yet it didn't come with the hook and Ikea has been unable to identify the hook repeatedly. Mind boggling from otherwise a very well put together company.
it does take a bit of time to crank enough to adjust the height of the desk to a new position, so get this for the ease of adjusting at low cost, but not if you need a sit/stand and change height multiple times a day (or get a high rep low intensity workout each time)
Good computer deskLiThe lowest height is lower than other desks I have used which is good for ergonomics. The desk can be more sturdy, there needs to be more support in the middle. The legs are at the back and the only support is on the end where the legs are. I don't think this desk can support a desktop on top. The lift mechanism can be unreliable if you move the desk. It's a long rod inserted through both legs and can come out in the leg away from the handle. I suggest assemble the desk in place and/or remove the table top when moving. It's a good desk for the value.
