Product details

RÅDMANSÖ wardrobe has a wood expression with a warm walnut tone that creates a beautiful frame to store and organize your items.

The sense of quality is enhanced by careful details like the knobs with a brass look and the black metal legs that provide a slightly elevated and airy appearance.

The interior of the drawers and the back panel have a deep-blue color that adds an extra dimension to the design.

The combination of open and closed storage adds character and allows you to choose what to display and what to hide, making it easier to keep your home organized.

Comes with 4 drawers, 1 clothes rack, 1 shelf and 1 practical sliding door that saves floor space since it doesn't take up any space when opened. Perfect for a small bedroom or a narrow hallway.

Cable management makes it easy to place a speaker on the shelf or to add lighting on the inside without cords that clutter.

If you like the style, you can coordinate with the bedside table and the chests of drawers in the same series for a uniform look.

Great BuyJoeyOrder this Wardrobe & was surprised how spacious this is. Smooth Sliding Doors & Draws. The Radmanso series is one of the best IKEA has in my opinion5
Beautiful and Heavy WardrobeLibertyIt comes in three large (heavy) boxes. I recommend having them shipped to you. The installation was kind of intimidating, and it took more than a few hours. HOWEVER, it is beautiful and elegant. I love my purchase and recommend it to everyone who is interested. I do want to note that there may be a discrepancy on Step 7. The image shown doesn't reflect the true installation. You will notice quickly, as this is the setup for the outside and middle walls. Make sure to set it up like the final product shows.5
Handsome Kitchen StorageKatieI spent many hours scouring the Internet for an attractive pantry solution that was not crazy expensive. While this was not rated for kitchen use, we bought it and put it in ours. We are using the drawers to store sundry dry goods, including a snack drawer for our 6-year-old. The exposed cabinets allow for showing our KitchenAid mixer and some other pretty kitchen things. I do wish I could find extra shelves for the closet side. I have scoured the IKEA library but nothing quite makes the best use of the space. I really wish I could buy 2-3 more of the shelves that are at the bottom of the closet and add them in, as we want shelves and not hanging space for our use.5
Perfect for what I needed!AshleyFirst off, yes, it took a few hours to put together…however, my husband and I laid everything out and promised we wouldn’t yell at each other before the project even started. With only a few curse words here and there, we finished and it seemed pretty easy in the end. I love the style and needed it up off the floor due to old base heating in my room. It seems sturdy enough and definitely has a lot more room than I originally thought. For the price, it’s good. It is mdf with veneer which I knew when I bought it. I don’t have the money to spend on pricier wooden versions of the look I ultimately wanted. Will this be a family heirloom? Probably not, but it’s perfect for what I needed and we’ll see how long it lasts!5
Harder to build than a whole IKEA kitchenJessicaI love Ikea. I built my entire IKEA kitchen after watching the Up to Kode series on YouTube. I've put together a couch, desks, chairs, PAX. Nothing, not even the kitchen, was as hard as this. Why are the shelves connected to the pegs? Why are the connectors so difficult to insert into the shelves, and then so hard to get onto the pegs? I figured out the secret is to tighten the pegs so hard it feels like you'll break something. Even then a few didn't want to go on. Each step has been some sort of struggle. And why is everything so heavy? I'm on day 3 of working on it after work and not done. It's really beautiful, I love the matte black legs and brass accents, but why is it so hard to assemble 😭5
Really nice armoire, especially for the price!LeahSeveral years ago, I purchased a similar mid century “chifferobe” from West Elm, and the price was over $1600!! (When I moved it got severely damaged and so, it was gone.) Jump forward a few years and I’m in need of something similar for my son’s room because he has hanging space. This is much nicer in person than I recalled. It must be a real wood veneer because it feels and looks like wood, and I love the four drawers. I will say it definitely is easier with two people to build. My husband and I have assembled lots of IKEA, so we didn’t find it especially tricky or too long. (About 2.5-3 hours.) I will say the hand strength it took to “click” the drawers in place was beyond me, and required more muscle or torque than I have. Otherwise, LOVE IT!5
Hassle to Build but honestly 100% worth it for the priceSaiMe and my girlfriend were browsing and this caught our eye. Honestly we thought it was around 500-600 but 300? Absolute steal. The build will most likely require a second person to build and it’s also pretty difficult, but the end result is worth every dollar5
Good but misaligned drawers. Bottom drawer sticks out when installed impeding the sliding door's movement. SushantThe holes where the drawers go in are not aligned properly. all the holes should have been about 1-1.5cm up from where they are. There is about 1.5cm gap between the shelf & 1st drawer (not flush). Because of this there is not enough space for the bottom drawer to go in properly & stay flush. If i put the drawer in the sliding door does NOT open. currently i have removed the last bottom drawer entirely so the sliding door will move! Not what i expected for Ikea quality! 3
Takes long to put together, but looks great!JillianI'm rating this 4 stars only because of the assembly time. This took about 3 - 4 hours to put together, with my partner helping me at certain times, like to stand the wardrobe up. The assembly could go quicker if the pieces were numbered or identified in some way, but they are not. The drawers are deeper than I realized, which is great! I upgraded the wardrobe knob to something a bit nicer, and it looks amazing in my bedroom. 4

Designer thoughts

Designer thoughts

"When designing the RÅDMANSÖ series, I was inspired by furniture pieces from the 1950s with dark-wood expressions and metal. I love that it allows for both hiding and displaying items – and the blue color on certain details creates a nice contrast to the other materials. The design of the legs and the adjustable brass feet add a light and sleek look. It’s warm and functional pieces of furniture that go well in both modern and traditional environments – or a mix of both."
