Cheap quality and drastically overpricedCarolineIn addition to poor quality, this product is priced $60 more than it is in Canada, which amounts to $150 more with the exchange rate. Like all IKEA merchandise, the prices - predating the tariffs - have been raised just for American consumers. They are doing it because they can get away with it - it’s pure greed.1
Nice looking but unclear instructionsLaurieWe really like the look of the dresser but the assembly instructions were not terribly clear, we ended up needing to swap the drawer rails before installing the drawers. One other note, the drawers do not open all the way, there is about 4” of drawer that remains in the dresser when you pull them open. Makes it hard to see what you have in the back of the drawer.4
Drawer DresserAngelicaIt was a bit difficult to assemble but as long as you’re following the book guide you’ll be fine. I love my dresser and it’s perfect in my new home!5
DisappointmentLimaryThe design is okay, but the quality sucks. I've been buying from Ikea for ages, and this time it was a disaster. This Radmansö line is the worst! I'm thinking about returning it. I had to swap box #2, and guess what? It was also damaged with scratches. I haven't returned it yet because I had a medical procedure and can't lift anything heavy.2
CheapSkyMine arrived damaged. Cheap. Extremely disappointing that they raised the price from $299 to $3501
Cheap Material JrCheap Material - Price was raise by $50
From $299 to $3491
Horrible KiannaIf i could give this dresser 0 stars I would. The instructions and the dresser itself is just horrible. Don’t recommend 1
DresserKatelynPerfect size for us. Only complaint is assembly was a bit of a headache.5
Attractive dresserMaryWe have a small bedroom which we were trying to match two nightstands from another company. Amazingly these are very close in color and wood design, plus it fits nicely in our bedroom. We showed it to a friend who builds furniture and even he was impressed with the look and function of the piece. It was a great price and it took us about 5 hours to construct.5
Beautiful but cheapAlbertThe best design and color so far, but the materials are of poor quality.2
Best Dresser at this PriceMegThis is an awesome, inexpensive but high end looking set of drawers. Exactly as expected - easy to put together with the instructions.5
Absolutely not worth the priceToriI regret this purchase. The dresser is beautiful but the materials are so cheap. It had a crack in it when I opened it but it was in a place that would not be visible so I continued - wish I hadn’t! It scratched while I was assembling and I worry the top will as well. Assembly was so difficult and painful (I have assembled many Ikea products and this was by far the worst). It takes immense amounts of force to get the pieces to snap together so my hands were hurting afterward. And the worst part - when I had finally gotten it all built, the knobs don’t even work! They are impossible to attach - they are so sleek you cannot screw them on. Customer service had a canned response so I don’t think I am the only one struggling with this. I am going to have to buy other knobs which was one of the design features I loved. I am so frustrated and dreading assembling the matching bedside tables. The quality here does not at all match the price and I will reconsider buying in the future.1
Beautiful DresserKayleeThis dresser is really beautiful and looks even better in my home. The assembly took me roughly 5 hours working by myself. The only negative I will say is that the wood is cheap -- it chipped very easily during assembly. 4
IKEA Radmanso Dresser Review: Great Looks, Poor QualityRobertoPros:
* Stylish Design: The dresser has a clean, modern aesthetic that looks great.
Cons:
* Poor Durability: The quality is a significant issue. The finish is a thin veneer that scratches and chips very easily, revealing the MDF board underneath.
* Questionable Value: For $300, the quality does not live up to the price. It feels like a much cheaper piece of furniture that's been marked up for its design.
Overall: While the Radmanso dresser is visually appealing, its lack of durability and thin veneer make it a poor value for the price. I'd recommend looking for a more robust option if you need a dresser that can withstand regular use.3
Surprisingly Stylish and Solid! Well Done, IKEA!CameronI’d been on the hunt for an affordable MCM style dresser, and this one totally fit the bill. The build quality is solid, it looks great on my room, and I really appreciated the dark blue interior of the drawers - a nice, unexpected touch. The assembly wasn’t difficult, but it did take me about two hours to put it together (and I’d consider myself an IKEA assembly pro). My only real critique is that soft-close drawers would’ve been a nice addition, but at this price point, it’s hard to complain.5
Good looking & functional TillyThis was easy to put together in ~45 minutes. The drawers are roomy and the whole unit is quite sturdy and cute. Bigger than I expected, which is good. Would recommend!5
Looks goodKateThe dresser was a pain to put together, and some of the instructions weren’t super clear, but after 4 hours it’s done!
It looks great, the drawers pull out super smooth. Unfortunately the top piece came slightly chipped, but didn’t notice until it was fully put together, hence 4 stars instead of 5. 4
Great Product. Looks very good compared to usual basic ikea items.SeifI was hesitant to but because it didn't have enough reviews but I went with it and I am really happy with the purchase. It has a lot of space and it looks amazing.
Putting it together was not very easy and took some time but the instructions are clear to a good extent. 5
Beautiful dresser on a budgetJaneThis is a great-looking dresser for the price! I really like the midcentury modern look and the pop of blue in the drawers is a nice touch. I knocked off a star because some of the assembly was a little confusing, but it wasn't too difficult overall. For example, when adding the back panel of the dresser, the instructions make it seem like there is a portion of that panel that is supposed to be sticking out on the bottom. However, this prevents the bottom piece of the dresser from sitting flush when assembling this piece. Additionally, there are several pieces that are assembled via a slide-and-click method which is hard to do on your own, so I recommend having a friend help. Overall, these weren't dealbreakers and I find this dresser so far has fulfilled all our needs.4
