Broke during assemblyAlexis J.Worst Ikea purchase ever unfortunately. Really not worth the money when it collapsed like a domino when trying to stand it upright to put next to the wall. Super disappointing as customer service told me I was out of luck because it broke “after” assembly. Had to build it a different way than the instructions said which ended up costing me more money to salvage this wardrobe.
Pax closet towerJulia G.Easy instructions to follow, looks very nice in my closet and has lots of options, happy I bought it.
OrganizerCINDY R.So good to have such awesome storage.
Completely fell apart during assemblynatalie d.Followed instructions exactly. When it's finally put together and ready to be moved vertical, every single screw ripped out of the particleboard. Completely unsalvageable.
Good qualityVana T.This thing is huge but quality is good. Was fairly difficult to put together but only because it’s really large. If u have stand 8 ft ceilings you need to build this upright. The color is beautiful and looks ascetically pleasing.
Collapsed on meEmilie R.I was super excited to assemble our pax wardrobe system that I'd waited hours for delivery for. Spent over 1k on the set; followed the instructions on the widest beige cabinet, stood it up, and it collapsed like cheap particle board. A total of 12 securing screws isn't enough for something so huge, and maybe you need to rethink this design! Going to return all the pieces as my faith in this system is shaken, and I don't trust it to stand up to being used if it can't stand up to being stood up.
DO NOT BUYKristi M.Put together this frame and the 19' one. Went to stand this one up and the screws came out. top board came crashing down and gouged my arm and the sides caved in. I have bought so many dressers from IKEA that I was sure this would be an easy fix to my closet. So disappointed and now have to drive an hour to return.
Elegant and ClassyIlmadije R.I did a whole room with the Pax units. This system lets you configure it to any look and lifestyle you need for top organization!
Widest cabinets bring big challengesPam B.We purchased one 39" x 13 1/2" cabinet along with 6 others. Installation of the backboard is very difficult--it has 2 folds and falls out of the slot easily. The two of us struggled to find ways/objects to hold us the center (like a laundry basket or empty box), to avoid a sagging center when nailing in the edges. The wide drawers had the same issue.
Cheap QualityAlex M.The wardrobes are made of very cheap quality and about half of the pieces came damaged. Don't set your expectations too high. Plus it'll take you HOURS to install
very comfortable to use andAtulvery comfortable to use and strong.
I’m satisfied with this product.KathyI’m satisfied with this product.
HORRIBLE!!!!karen n.This is junk. It completely broke when lifted. The screw locks just popped right out and broke through the particle board. I trolled the instructions to the letter. And now I’m out $150 because now it damaged and broken and I can’t return it. 👎🤬🤬😡
closetLaura H.great quality and price is awesome
InflTion definitely hit this productJeffreyGreat item but not worth the current price
Great cabinetCrystal C.We needed the extra storage and this was perfect,. It fit perfectly in our space and it looks wonderful. I love the pop of white that it gives to our kitchen, and it matches. Our kitchen cabinets perfectly as well.
Ikea always has the best solutions for our needs, and I get tons of inspiration when I go to the store, which is often.
This cabinet comes in 2 sizes, 1 is sure to fit your needs! We added enough shelves to have plant of space.
Love my PaxJulieIt was perfect for what I needed it. It took 2 days to built between 2 people.
Poor qualityPILARThe quality is not good, it seems to be made of cardboard, it crumbles very easily
nice productFrank P.works well for its intent
Not Worth It AT ALL - Ghetto Cheap TrashAndrew C.I decided to give these a try rather than having an interior designer come in and make a custom-made closet. I'm so disappointed in them RIGHT after we've finished building them. Not only was the construction of it so unnecessarily hard for an IKEA product, it ended up looking so cheap! I don't know how IKEA does it with their photos & in-store display, but this comes nowhere near either. The part that makes me especially mad is that we can't remove any of the stickers. We've tried everything and they won't come off. Why would you use such strong glue on something meant to be removed? This thing looks like I hired an unlicensed handyman who charges $100 to make, even though the full set costed over $1000 and were, what I thought, supposed to be one of their more "premium products". Obviously IKEA is known for their cheap quality but honestly this is so abhorrently overpriced and cheap, it's sad. If you own a home, just save up for an interior designer, it's way more worth it.
