Product details

Timeless design with delicate details such as piping around the armrests and wooden legs.

The legs leave space under the sofa in order to create an airy look and make it easier for you when cleaning.

The pocket spring core of the seat cushions provides even comfort over the entire seating surface and gives your body good support.

Pocket springs are a durable solution that makes the sofa retain both its shape and comfort for many years.

The combination of seat height, seat depth and back cushions gives you good support so you enjoy a more upright sitting position on the sofa.

This cover is made of dope-dyed Gunnared fabric in polyester. It is a durable fabric with a wool-like feel, a warm look and a two-toned mélange effect.

The cover is easy to keep clean since it is removable and machine washable.

Reviews

Poor Durability JonathanThe cushions became visibly misshapen within a year of use, and have become increasingly lumpy. The cover is washable but shows wear quickly. This was not a good value for the money.2
Awful qualityAndrewWe had a Karlstad for over 5 years. It still looks amazing and was so well made. Then when we went to get another one we saw IKEA replaced it with this sofa. It’s is cheaply made. We’ve had it for about (maybe less) than a year and the cushions look horrible and are misshapen. There’s not way to make them look better. . It’s uncomfortable. It’s just not worth the money. So sad that they made a cheaper product. Wish they would bring back the Karlstad!1
Cute and comfortable CrystalLove this couch! It’s perfect for smaller spaces, while my living room is a bit bigger than most apts I didn’t want the couch to take over all the space. This is perfect. My adult daughter and I can sit on it to watch tv or talk. It’s low enough my small dog can get on it with no trouble. I do wish the cover was a bit more resilient, my cat has scratched and there’s a few stings on the arm that are loose, but I can trim them down and it will be good as new. I may get another color cover for it for the spring. Now if you are over 6 foot tall this will not be a comfortable sit. But I’m 5’ and it’s perfect size for me. The cushions are not like cloud couches, but they are comfortable. I lay and read here after work and spend most of my weekends on the couch. Great buy! 5
Looks good but Bad quality SaumyaCushion went down within a month. Poor product1
Don't waste your time or money!FreyaI bought this sofa less than two months ago after moving house and loving our IKEA Karlstad sofa for 10+ years. The quality by comparison is dreadful despite being a similar price. NO springs in the base, cheaply constructed, and the cushion covers are one-sided so you can't turn them to retain shape. So many corners have been cut in the manufacture to create a cheap product I already regret buying. Don't waste your money or time buying and putting this sofa together!1
Disappointing quality and longevity EmilyWe have now had this couch for about a year and a half. It is so uncomfortable, the cushions are shot, and the fabric is so cheap feeling and does not wash well. It looked nice at first, so we weren’t compelled to return it. I then got pregnant, so returning was too much of a hassle anyway. I really regret the purchase. If you have any pets, the hair gets so stuck and embedded into the cheap fabric no amount of washing will remove. This is coming from someone who has the old Ektorp couch for 10 years. I loved that thing. Quality of fabric, cushions and frame has gone so far downhill, while priced so much higher. I should have spent a little more and gotten something better quality. 2
Extremely uncomfortable…MichaelExtremely uncomfortable sofa. Causes severe back pain after short usage. Deeply regret buying this sofa. 1
Bought 1 year ago and the cushion is already unevenNae-RongI bought this sofa about one year ago and the cushion has already destroyed and became uneven. This sofa quality is very bad and can't hold it together for too long. Don't recommend 1
Worse than Ama**nEmilyMaking the amount of an item two hundred more dollars, over the difference in the color is ridiculous. Ama*** is bad about the same thing. It looks like a real greedy company, in my opinion. That is a big difference between two exact items, only different colors. Often not different fabric or anything different in the quality, just the color. 2
Perfect solution for a less frequently used small space CrystalI bought the PARUP loveseat for a small area to infrequently watch TV or play board games/put together puzzles. It’s not our primary sofa, so I wasn’t as concerned with high quality or maximum comfort. I wanted something small, inexpensive, but somewhat durable, and this fit the bill. Assembly instructions were clear, and I was able to put it together by myself. It would have been easier with two people, but it’s manageable with one. My only issue so far is some visible wrinkling of one of the bottom cushions that shows through the cover. Other than that, I bought several throw pillows to make it more cozy for lounging, and it works for my needs.4
HejPawanIts like sitting on rock I can't sit for a sec I loose my money give my money back only the store demo sofa is soft1
Nice Looking But Hard To Put TogetherMaryBought this sofa for guest area of house so it will get minimal use. Husband and I have put LOTS of furniture together over the years. This was by far the hardest thing ever attempted. Instructions were confusing and was physically hard for two sixty-year olds. We still joke about it! On the plus side, it's comfortable, looks good and was relatively inexpensive. 2
Not soft but okay for the priceAmyIt's hard to find this size sofa for this price. Even so, I wasn't happy with two things - it's firm, not soft, and it has a tilt making it difficult to nap on it. If I could purchase a different couch, I would go for the extra soft. But the price was the determining factor for me at the time. I purchased it a year ago and it hasn't gotten any softer.3
Not sure why everyone is complaining so much!JamesFirst off, this is a 500 dollar sofa, sure 10 years ago this would have been premium. But let’s be real, for 500 dollars, this thing works well. The only 2 things I would change were more cushioning sides and a thicker back cushion. Anyway this sofa comes In 4 separate boxes so yes you could fit them in your crap box Kia. And I laughed when I heard someone one say this was hard to assemble, this sofa was literally the easiest thing to assemble. So pick one up, with dome meatballs, grab a bottle of wine and get to it. I’m pleased and I’m usually very picky with furniture. 5
Skip thisMarikaWorst sofa ever, you have to assemble it from scratch and after two weeks of use you can already see that the cushions start to lose form and get lumpy. Material also bad quality and loose threads everywhere.1
Very UncomfortableJessicaI regret this purchase. In-store, the demo was soft and comfortable but the product I recieved is hard and does not soften over time. It worsens my neck and back pain. I do not recommend. It is also a pet hair magnet. 1
It is OKBalanLooks Nice but the material sheds a bit3
Poor QualityLuishave had it for less than 6 months and the sofa has visible imprints and is sunken in.2
Simple and cuteAlishaAssembled on my own. I selected delivery because online it said “one box” but it was delivered in about 4 boxes that probably could’ve fit into my Honda CRV5
Poor Quality JennaLike other reviews the cushions on this couch started sagging pretty quickly. Bought the green cover, it was impossible to get on, I had to use pliers to get the zipper down and the fabric ripped in both corners! I have had a few IKEA sofas and have been happy with the quality, but I have never had problems getting the covers on. Overall really disappointed with the quality and wished I hadn’t made the purchase.1
