Cover came damaged directly from store. KayI bought this cover shipped directly from IKEA and just opened it to put on my couch and it come with some sort of initials or letters drawn onto the fabric of the chaise cushion. Since the cushions are one sided (can’t be flipped over), this cover is now useless to me. IKEA quality has gone so far down hill it’s not even funny. I used to tell everyone about how “everything I own is IKEA”, now I’m embarrassed to even mention it. What a waste of money.
Disappointed and would like a full refund. MatyUltimately, I wish I would have spent my money on another sofa. This sofa is uncomfortable, the cushions immediately started to sink after a week, and just overall the quality is not there for $800.00. This sofa is so uncomfortable that I actually dread watching tv only because I have to sit on it. I wish I could receive a refund on it so I could spend the $800.00 elsewhere on another sofa…
