Very poor quality cushions for a pricey couchAnthonyas other's have appropriately noted, the cushions of this sofa are poor quality and will look unpresentable in no time. also as other's have noted the cushions feel different than the floor model; i assume on the floor they use fully foam cushions, but the cushions you get are essentially a hollow foam frame with springs inside. they sag and the covers look loose and sloppy. theyre not slow to replace the entire couch with the 10 year warranty, but how great does that feel to get a whole new couch when all you need are decent cushions. but its ikea, so...
Great couch, awful cushionsMikeLove the look and feel of the sofa, but the cushions are awful. They do not hold their shape, they sag and the "filling" shifts and moves around. After company leaves you need 10 minutes or so to get them back to better shape, but it's never quite right. I wish I had never bought this couch.

Not as comfortable as the floor modelMattThe floor model seemed fairly comfortable when we tried it out. However the cushions we received are much stiffer than the floor model. It's not nearly as comfortable than we thought.
