Made wellJudyI have purchased this from someplace else and it fell apart within a week. I use this from toasted bread to bagels and also most important the air fryer. This one is longer and stronger so I finally didn't burn my fingers. Works also great making waffles. This one is very sturdy, thicker and durable and comfortable in my hands. The most used item is the bagel, because they are always screaming hot. I use this item daily and am going to have to order more.

Works well in limited applicationsXiaolongI thought it is a great idea when I saw it in the store. It can be used on non-stick surfaces and it is light and won't rust/rot easily. But it does have couple draw backs. The tip is a bit slippery so some food is slightly harder to grab. Rather than traditional silicon tipped metal tongs that grip food, it requires more delicate touch to hold food. It is almost like a thicker pair of chop sticks. So, it is really good at flipping things that are being fried or boiled. But as an all purpose tong, it will be harder to use. I need to keep in mind the angle and orientation of the tip vs the shape of food in order to have a solid grip. Cleaning is easy and I hand wash it. It doesn't stain easily which is a plus.

not bad; good enoughJoeThis holds food items very well. However, it doesn't open wider, so you can't pick up items that are bigger than the tong distance at the end. Nevertheless, it works fine and I use it to turn chicken thighs or meatballs in the pan.
