Darker than photo & broken pedestals!KellyI bought this yesterday in-store, and I was surprised how much darker it is in person. It also isn’t as green as it is in the photo. Also, I am glad I read the reviews about the pedestal being broken/detached from the plate. I checked the box in the store and had to open three before I found one that wasn’t already broken off. I think it is just insufficient packaging. The one I found is attached sturdily. (Hopefully it’ll stay that way.) Be sure to check the box before purchasing!! It is still beautiful, though, and I bought it as a candle plate. 3

adhesive between plate and base came off before usingGracethis is a beautiful serving plate but the base completely separated from the plate before I even got a chance to use it, like another reviewer said. The glass didn't break and it can be fixed with some E6000, but something to pay attention to while carrying it2
Looks great, but adhesive came apart. EvanNice looking design, but the adhesive connection between the base and bowl separated the first time I sat it on the counter. This could be repaired with super glue, but clearly something needs to improve in production. 2
