For those who say the wheels "don't roll" or don't workEmilyIf you actually read the assembly instructions and booklet that comes with it, and is shown online, it states "Safety Casters: Our chairs have safety castors that brake automatically when no one’s sitting in the chair. So it won’t roll away when you stand up – and you’ll always find it where you leave it."5
HeavenlyAllieThis is the world's perfect chair. I actually bought 3 of these in the past but returned them as after I sat in them for quite awhile, they felt a bit hard. Last night I bought the red one (and it is amazingly cute btw) because, after trying multiple chairs/reading multiple reviews from other brands/stores, I realize this chair beats all. I appreciate the steel frame as its firmness supports the whole body, the thick yet "firmish" cushion is just right, the back is shaped just right and hits my back at a great spot (I'm 5'8 and my 6'7 son said it also hits his back just right), love how it's armless and has a handle to pull it by. If it starts to feel hard that is my signal to get up and walk around a bit which is great for my health. Then it's perfect when I return to it. It's not hard for me to push it under my Ikea Micke desk on my wood floors, even though the wheels lock. To quote Bo Peep, "I've found my moving buddy."5
