dangerous, cheap, garbageGregThey raised the price of these chairs by $50 and they are cheap, dangerous, imported garbage. I'm a 200 lb guy and broke two of these chairs just sitting back on them. And they SHATTER. They are very dangerous and poorly made, inferior materials, overpriced. Stop importing this trash into America. Go flood some other country with this dangerous, cheap, ugly trash.

Cats don't scratch them!Anonymous reviewerWe have a lot of cats, so I can't have upholstered chairs without them being ruined. The Odger chairs are used at our kitchen table and I've had 4 of them since 2021. I see newer reviews about them breaking, but I haven't had any issue with this. I hope that they are still being made the same as the 2021 models, especially with the price increase ($50 more per chair). These are comfortable and are very easy to clean.

They Break!ChelsaWe've had eight of these chairs for almost three years and have loved them. The other day though my daughter sat on one and a large piece of the seat completely busted off. She's a thin girl and it shocked us how easily it broke. It's sharp and unusable now. I tried reaching out to customer support and they were not willing to replace or even offer a discount on a replacement chair. So disappointing! For the price, the chair definitely should have lasted longer than 3 years! Hopefully our other chairs hold up!

Love this chair but $$$CarlinI really love this chair, we have 3 of them and would like to get another but this price is crazy! They started at $69 and we bought our last 2 for around $90 each and now 125? This is a mostly plastic chair! Please reduce the price and add back the darker brown color.
Great, until they breakSonjaWe’ve had a set of these for about couple of years. I’ve loved them, but I just had the whole front corner break off underneath me while at the table. Just about sent me to the floor. We’ve treated them very well, but based on other reviews I see, it definitely seems like there’s a problem with the material for these chairs.
two broken in less than a year :(ChristineWe bought four of these chairs for our dining room. Two of them have now broken. I was really excited that these chairs were made of recycled material and they looked great. The two that broke, broke in the same way--when people were sitting, normally, in them, a shard snapped off an edge. Definitely not worth the money for it to break so easily and to barely last a year :( super disappointed.

"When we designed ODGER chair we were inspired by both ski boots and pie dishes with removable bottoms. The reason was that we wanted to find a way to quickly and easily attach the legs to the seat and backrest. In the end, the solution was a simple click mechanism. Another innovation is that the material is a mix of renewable wood and recycled plastic. The result is a chair with true, clean lines ‒ which is also very comfortable to sit on thanks to the bowl-shaped seat and the rounded backrest."
