Product details

Made for 6 people, but easily has room for more since the table does not have any legs at the corners.

Every table is unique, with varying grain pattern and natural colour shifts that are part of the charm of wood.

The furniture is made of acacia, a naturally durable and sturdy hardwood because of the high density of its wood fibers.

The top’s slats form a decorative herringbone pattern with small openings where rainwater can run down, without the risk of your cutlery falling in between.

    Acacia has a rich brown color and distinctive grain pattern. It is highly durable, resistant to scratches and water, ideal for heavy-use. Acacia darkens slightly with age.

    Possible to separate for recycling or energy recovery if available in your community.

    The table may be combined with the timeless NORRMANSÖ or VASSHOLMEN chairs to make your outdoor space complete. Sold separately.

    Care

    The best way to extend the life of your wooden outdoor furniture is by cleaning it regularly, not leaving it outdoors unprotected more than necessary, and re-staining it on a regular basis.

    Clean: Use a mild soapy solution. Wipe dry with a clean dry cloth.

    Maintenance: To prevent the surface from drying out and cracking, and moisture from penetrating into the wood, we recommend you to re-stain the furniture on a regular basis, for example once or twice a year.

    Storing: If possible, store in a cool dry place indoors. If the furniture is stored outside, cover it with a waterproof cover. After a rain or snowfall, wipe off excess water or snow from flat surfaces. Allow air to circulate to avoid condensation.

    For maintenance we recommend VÅRDA wood treatment oil.

Beautiful Wood Table and long.Jean T.This is my first time buying a wood table for the outside. I am not sure how long it will last or how to take care of it, but it is beautiful. I looks like solid wood. The table fits three chairs on each side. Not sure about the ends for the eight people because the legs go to the end of the table. I purchased the Costco stackable chairs that are metal for outside. They look nice and I am pretty sure any set of chairs will be fine.5

Table Beautiful, but directions weren’t clear enoughKarenBe VERY careful when attaching the table top to the base. We had the same issue as another reviewer of directions not being clear enough and screwed into the top, cracking it in all four corners. I have tried to purchase a replacement top, but cannot do so and the table is now sold out. Very disappointed.4

Nice looking, sturdy, instructions are wrongMaribeth B.This is a very nice looking table and very sturdy. It can easily fit three chairs along each long side and a chair at the end. The end seats do have the table legs slightly in the way, so it's not a prime seating location, but it's good enough. Note this table is not the same color as the Nammaro chairs, which have a yellow tint to them, while this table is just medium-dark brown. However, it is much better looking and sturdier than the Nammaro table, so the mismatched wood is acceptable for us. The biggest problem is the instructions are wrong. There are two types of screw, one longer with a long, smooth, neck, and one shorter with no neck. The instructions use the same photo for both screws. If you use the longer screw that matches the photo for the wrong step, you will end up driving the screw all the way through and putting a hole in your table top. I accept this is our fault for not double-checking the parts list, but the picture is still incorrect, so beware when assembling.3

Great looking tableAngela W.Love this table. We actually went to the IKEA store to purchase a different outdoor table and changed our mind when we saw it in person. Loved the look of this one, even though it was more expensive. We preferred this one as there are no legs or bars on the ends so you can comfortably seat people on both ends. It's a big table and could easily seat 3 per side. Looks really nice. We paired it with 2 x Nammaro reclining chairs and 4 x Nammaro chairs as we didnt like the chairs that 'went with the table', though they are all 'mix n match'. Easy to assemble, you just need 2 people in order to pick it up and stand it up once assembled.5
