Low qualityLindaWe bought this couch in April of 2022, and in less than 3 years, the armrest has broken, and the fabric looks cheap. We bought the couch thinking that the fabric was removable, and it is not. I don't recommend this couch if you are looking for something that will last.
Sofa ValentynaThis is a very nice sofa. The price also is very good.
The sofa cushion came damaged and I haven't got a replacement after 1 month back and forth with the customer serviceJuThe sofa has nice design and look just the qualify was so bad. The sewing of one of the cushion was simply open and a few other cushions are very wrinkled, and make it look kind of low quality. Somehow the chaise part of the sofa looks much better and has fewer wrinkles, which makes me believe the other cushions were just made poorly in that batch probably. You are welcome to give this sofa a try and wish you can win the lottery on quality. The customer service initially told me they will send a replacement right away, but then they follow up with me on email to ask for pictures again and asked me to bring the cushion back to the store to replace after 1 month. I'm so disappointed with the whole process
Update after a year - still comfortable, still stylish BUTDeniseI REALLY WISH I COULD REMOVE THE COUCH FABRIC AND WASH! Most of us have children and pets. Could IKEA make retrofit covers for this set? PLEASE

I like itDeniseThis wasn’t the couch I was looking for when I arrived at IKEA. I changed my mind to this one when we sat in it. The chaise is comfortable and the couch fits your back end to the knee. I have slept for a few hours on it in comfort and watched many movies with the family in comfort as well. The scale of the furniture is nice in my room. Very stylish too. I paired this green couch/chaise with the loveseat and also the yellow wing back chair and ottoman. This was completed with the white and grey striped rug all from IKEA. It’s very stylish. Only 4 stars because I waited months to be able to buy the furniture. I wanted the Navy Velvet but it wasn’t available. And prices did increase by 30% as I waited.
Great value and nice looking sofaAlexandraI just got this sofa a month ago and so far really like it. I think it's a great value for the money. Let's see how long it will last, but so far I've had a great experience with Ikea furniture.
