On the underside, we noticed the wood framing was crushed at the bolts as if over tightened. And the metal support webbing underneath is rusted. 3

I spent way too much time researching several "modern made to order" online furniture companies but kept coming back to these at less than half the price and I am SO GLAD I did. Ordered two chairs to try and immediately ordered two more after sitting in the first two. They are so comfy and well made, look great and are so versatile. I can easily rearrange them as needed for seating, depending on whether we are watching TV or wanting to have a group conversation. Or just to change up the look of the room. I'm glad I chose the four chairs over a sofa or loveseat, as empty nesters we don't need a sofa to flop on, just comfy chairs for reading, watching TV or chatting. I ended up getting a third ottoman and sometmes push two together to make a bench. And they clean up easily after our two dogs and two cats use them for naps. Buy the chairs, you won't regret it! 5
