But using it in our bedroom it lights up the room just the perfect amount that I wanted. If you’re looking for a bulb that is going to give you lots of light to work with, this one definitely isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for just something like a bedside lamp for reading or just navigating the room is works perfect and looks very unique and cool while doing it - very satisfied with this purchase!5

It is a beautiful bulb, but not the greatest for light.ThomasDo not use it for general illumination. I bought it for my Arco Lamp, but it is too dim for that use. We need a lumen explanation chart at purchase site. .3
Love the lookDanielleI so love this look it looks great with my light fixture. However, it's only 15w (which I knew when I purchased it) so it's more for art than for lighting. If you love the look then it's for you.3

Look great, Install with glovesStevenThese bulbs look great, but don't give off the most light - don't expect them to be the primary source of light in a room. They're more decorative than functional. They're very very orange too - not the best when if you're studying/reading/working a lot.
Don't install these in a lamp without gloves as you'll leave fingerprints that will be rather noticeable.5
DimAndrewI should have known from the lumen rating, but this is a very dim bulb. It’s super warm light, but will only illuminate the darkest rooms. Not great as a primary light source.3
