Reviews
Great Value, FunctionalNickI installed this panel today on a Mittzon acoustic frame with castors in our home office, and saw other reviews while looking up installation directions. Surface quality of the board is nice. My cheaper dry erase pens look great, but my black Expo pens can show some small white spots showing through, not noticeable to me from more than a couple of feet away, but are there. This board is still very functional to me for the price, and look as good or better than other boards double the price and is magnetic.
Combined with the frame and acoustic screen I really like the style and look.
It's ok but not for a whiteboardTuanThis has two sides which is great if you want to switch it up. I purchased this for the clean look of a whiteboard and then I regretted it in the end. I tried multiple types of whiteboard markers such as Expo. It does not write well on this surface sadly. When you write it will look watery and doesn't show a solid mark. I believe this surface was painted for metal which doesn't do well for the ink. Since its basically sheet metal the surface flexes. I would have thought some type of wood could be put between the felt and metal to increase stability. Pretty disappointed but at this point since I've already mounted it I am going to try keep using it. Hopefully using chalk marker instead of wet erase will help.
