Good table, mediocre chairMattThe chair's casters lock if there isn't enough weight on them, which has made using the chair tedious. First, it turns out most of the times you want to move a chair are when no one's sitting in it. Second, our seven-year-old isn't heavy enough to disengage the locks.
The chair also has no height adjustment. It's too low for our kids.
Faulty deskLoisThe chair is perfect for a 10 year old.
The desk wasn’t precisely prepared. Difficult to assemble. The drawer wouldn’t insert. It was 3mm wider than the tracks. The assemblers at the store were aware of the problem. Customer service was helpful. Fortunately a replacement desk fit better.
