Wrong orders, missing hardware, and $450 in extra costs laborJulioWorst experience I’ve had with IKEA. I showed an employee the measurements of the 29" doors I wanted, but he ordered different doors without showing me the order summary. The set that arrived was 40", too large for my closet, and my handyman had already assembled it. I returned it and paid for new doors, but the other Miami store had no record of my order, so we canceled and reordered. I was told the doors included the wheels and hardware, but I found out in my car that they didn’t, so I bought them separately. The set also came with two short tracks instead of one long enough for three doors. The handyman had to cut and glue them, and the joint left them misaligned, so the doors don’t glide smoothly. Between assembling twice and fixing the tracks, I paid $450 in labor, plus many wasted trips. I have photos of the glued tracks. I also had similar problems with other items. I advise anyone to think twice before buying from them.

Great slide door for separate kids roomMichinaWe really love this slide door that make room separating and also easy to keep open the space. Only things it’s not easy to install yourself. I have to hire professional and cost extra money for it.
Be aware, white isn’t whiteRonOnly commenting on the “white” panels… they are more like cream colored. If you use them against a white wall, they look really dingy.
