Very Good drawersMaryWhile used lightly for a few weeks in our home office, the drawers are well made the drawer slides are really excellent. Before purchasing, know your drawer's purpose and the space and vertical clearance that best serve your use. The current design allows great flexibility with respect to drawer fronts and their interchangeability. IKEA is currently having issues with stock availability - and sometimes one just has to wait.4
Great drawer slides and shelfAARONThis pull out drawer is great. I admit the directions were a little confusing, but then again, everything worked out in the end. I use this product in conjunction with a 30" front to make an awesome place to put a trash can. It slides out smoothly, their away trash, and then push it close, and the soft close amazes me every time I close it. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying more in the future.5
Excellent full-extension drawersLisaQuality drawers that can be dressed up with favorite kitchen organizers from Ikea or elsewhere. Overall, with the full extension, soft close & great organizers (and ability to add integrated drawer lighting), I'm not sure how the more traditional wood drawers are better, or anywhere near as good as these! Our installer assembled these, so no idea if they're easy to put together or not.5

Everything else is solid, but the drawers are fantastic -- much wider than the ones in our old cabinets, smooth gliding on the hardware, and reasonably easy to build. I also like that we have been able to stage our build, starting with the basic boxes and adding more drawers as funds are available.5

Well madeCabinetsI could not be more pleased with how our kitchen remodel came out. It included 19 IKEA cabinets and all where precisely manufactured so when assembled they looked great. I have a few minor complaints. First when I started assembling the cabinets I had some questions and getting help on the phone was impossible and frustrating (they just read to you the same pdf I was reading online on the IKEA web site). Second when I tried to pass on information to IKEA about deficiencies I found during my assembly of 19 cabinets (plus drawers and Lazy Susan pull out) no one wanted to listen or pass on the information. IKEA should have a contact who can receive these ideas so they can make improvements but they do not. Third the on line order you do to order your cabinets ends up turning into a detailed bill of materials by individual cabinet which is very helpful when you receive delivery (ours was 198 individual pieces weighing almost 900 pounds) to check that your received all the correct items (we did not but IKEA was quick to correct). Unfortunately at the end of the bill of materials are items not assigned to a cabinet number and it is very confusing to know how they should be used. IKEA should provide notes about how each unassigned item should be used.5
