Surprisingly good!JenniferI bought these to replace a few knives in my everyday silverware set. When they arrived, they were slightly smaller than I had anticipated (slightly shorter and slimmer than the ones I currently have), BUT, they have a satisfying weight to them, a sharper edge where the serrations are than my current knives, and they actually are easier to use. I will be replacing my entire everyday set with this line when the time comes.
Versatile knifeDaveThis is a nice upgrade knife (to the Dragon line). It has a nice set of teeth on it so they can be used to cut meat actually. They blend well with the Dragon line, I’m really happy with the purchase.
