I sit on it to dust my base boards. I sit on it to weed a raised veggie garden. I sat on it to install 2 different interior door locks. I put two stools together & placed my carry-on suitcase on it to pack & unpack from a vacation. I DON'T LIKE PLACEING SUITCASES ON MY BED SHEETS OR BEDSPREAD therefore this is a good height of me.
