Low quality/durability then in the past. AnonymousWe bought this frame back in 2017 for our master bed. We are still using and loving it. However, when we needed a bed for our guest room I went with this model again thinking it was the same. This one no longer has the steel supports to reinforce the center beam/support piece. After only about 3 months of infrequent use by normal weight people the center support has snapped and in doing so also broke the slats that it was also supporting. Not happy with the cutting corners of this product. I would have rather paid a bit extra for the steel supports of the center support wood. Now I have to go and spend a lot more money, time and energy to find another bed. Otherwise the design of this piece with removable base cover and style was great.

Wanted to love this so muchMaryThis frame checks off all the boxes for me—ideal shape, height, style etc. A few weeks in, my partner and I woke up in the middle of the night because the center support beam had snapped in half like a toothpick :/ We were sound asleep, not moving and neither of us are particularly heavy. It was very easy to return and get a full refund, but I was so disappointed the center beam is so flimsy.

Lyngor BedMelissaBed is very nice if you just looking for a base without a headboard. It’s very sturdy. Easy to put together. The only thing I wish they made for it is shorter legs in natural wood color. The ones I got are too high for me because I’m short. I’m 5 ft 4 inch. I’m using a 13 inch mattress. It comes up to the top of my hip. I have to kinda jump up onto it. So shorter legs choice is natural wood would be perfect. Highly recommend
