Not durable. Broke after 4 years or so.MiriamI am a small person...under 5ft. I have had these chairs for about 4 years or so. Today as I was finishing up my dinner...the chair leg broke and I ended up on the floor. This is not the first ikea furniture to break on me. I also had my couch leg break recently (5 year old).
Please be mindful when purchasing products from Ikea...they are not durable and can become a hazard. I will likely have to visit an orthopedic doctor to make sure everything is okay.

Sturdy, easy to assemble, practical, looks greatTarjaThis modest chair, with no padding, is well proportioned and shaped in a way that is comfortable to sit. I'm 5'7" tall.
The four chairs I ordered were delivered the next day. The driver called me when he was entering the subdivision, so I was ready for him when he pulled in and he placed the packages carefully on my garage floor. It took less than five minutes of my time. After this good experience of IKEA delivery, I'm not likely to waste time and energy hauling large things in my car in future.
I had read some reviews of the difficulty of assembling the chairs, but I had no problems. I just followed the instructions, used logic, and made sure the pieces were correctly aligned. Assembling four chairs took me about 45 minutes, including opening the packages and reading the instructions for the first chair. It was so simple that I assembled the rest of them without needing the instructions.
This chair is very sturdy, practical, and easy on the eye. I highly recommend.
Chair for Lisabo tableAliceWe purchased 4 chairs for the matching table and they are perfect. The wood is pretty and they are quite sturdy. Very easy assembly.
Good but few downsidesDmitriyFirst, chair back was not polished fine. Also, which is just a small inconvenience, chair legs pads were not enclosed neither offered in addition during check out, so, after chair assembly, it's still not fully finished product because I need to go buy the pads in addition.
Cute but most uncomfortable chair everSarahThe title says it all. We have them in black and are searching ikea again for cushions for these chairs because they’re so uncomfortable.

Wonderful ChairsDianaThese chairs are comfortable and easy to put together. I now have four in my kitchen and six in my dining room. They look great. I particularly like the low profile.
Comfortable chairs, seem sturdyPriscillaThe legs appear to be solid wood. The seat and back are high quality engineered plywood. We found the instructions easy to follow. There is a drawing for every right step as well as every wrong one. It was quick to put the chairs together by following the instructions. We understand that the screws may need tightening through the first sets of seasonal changes in temperature and humidity. This all seems straightforward, and so we hope the chairs will be sturdy. They certainly seem to be.
Beautiful but break easily!AnaWe have bought 8 in the past 3-4 years and 4 broke! We love the looks of these chairs and they look awesome in our dinning room but it’s so frustrating how easily they get wobbly and the legs splint. Very sad. And now to switch all chairs will cost us so much money.

Solid chairsCristineI bought these to replace some terrible IKEA chairs made of cheap pine that literally won't stay together. These are aren't the same wood and seem much more solid.
Chairs fail with time-Dangerous AlizaHad these chairs for a couple years. Really liked the line and even recently upgraded to the larger matching table. Unfortunately one of the chair legs splintered suddenly without warning injuring the person sitting in the chair when it collapsed. There is clearly something very wrong with the construction of these chairs. I counted at least 8 similar reviews reporting this issue. Do not buy.

Better than expected LucaBought 8 with the table. Assembled 8 that night. Well designed and think it’s the best “put-it-together-yourself” furniture I’ve bought. Fits my frame well. 6’3. 275 lbs. holds up well for toddler and family. Grateful for the quality and pricing.

"The idea behind LISABO was to create a series with the distinct feeling of wood, a floating expression and durable, easy to assemble construction. We chose a matt lacquer on the ash veneer so the furniture will keep its natural wood feel. The special technique we use allows the tables to be produced without support rails and with slanted edges that give it a handcrafted look. The furniture can be used in different ways and the pieces work great together or individually."
