It washed beautifully and fluffed right up. I purchased two duvet covers and the crib pillow to go with the comforter and I am very happy with how well my son is sleeping. I know he also likes this comforter because when I take it out of his bed to fluff it, he motions to have it back. I am a firm believer in purchasing quality bedding because it ensure a better nights rest.5
