''Cushion misshapen after four months
Almost to the day of its four months anniversary, the top of one of the back cushions has completely caved in, starting from the middle seam. The material inside migrated downwards in the front and back, resulting in big bulges on both sides, and a concave/collapsed top. Two normal adults here, it gets very normal use. Never have I seen a couch cushion do that! It looks like someone dropped an ACME anvil on it. The cushion cover cannot be opened to even go in there and attempt to fix or replace it. Terrible construction. Utterly gutted tee spent so much money on an item that couldn’t survive a summer of minimal to average use. Until this happened, I would’ve given the couch a solid 3.5 stars, but this drops it down to a 1 for me. Very regretful, and it’s becoming a theme with our IKEA purchases''1
