IKEA should explain that you will need an installation kit and they don't sell those and they do not offer installation. There are three types of installation, hard-wired, three-prong plug and four-prong plug. You are completely on your own to hire an installer or do it yourself, and if you do it yourself, you have to go find the right kit from somebody else, because IKEA isn't going to do anything to supply it t
for you at any price. At least they do have an instruction sheet about how to unstall it. Taking a star off of "works as exoected," not for the stove itself, but because you can't install it without going to another source.5
