TERRIBLE QUALITY -AttilioThis dishwasher LEAKED and RUINED my FLOORS. The worst I have ever purchased
Over 3 years and going VERY strongSamIt works GREAT and I recommend it all the time to friends and family and for rental apartments. The higher priced items always gets bad reviews and breaking down, but not this low priced one. So reliable at such great value. Although we use it only about twice a week, there has not been rust issues like others mentioned or any broken parts. Everything is working as it should!!! Absolutely LOVE IT!
The only problem with it is that the stoppers that hold the top tray kept falling off, and now doesn't stay on. If we pull the top tray out too much, it was come off and hang. Other than that, it's great.

great price, looks niceAnthonyselling a former rental property and needed a new dishwasher, got a great price and it looks good
Plastic, loud, and cheapPatricioOnly dishwasher I found for <300$. An economy machine in all respects. A review mentions hinges protruding beyond stated dimensions, needed to slice one side of cabinet opening to prevent interference when opening the door. Tossed the t-shirt that substitutes for insulation, covered the box with something more substantial. Typical installation other than cabinet mod, standard water inlet adapter, overly long drain hose required careful routing. Bottom rack, when loaded, jumps tracks - very troublesome. I expect some broken dishes when the whole thing twists and tumbles to the floor. Other reviews have noted "buttons" are difficult and lack tactile return. The thin membrane will no doubt fail within a couple years. Would like to see the silverware rack in door instead of the bottom rack. User Manual universal to two models, vague in description of functions applying to this machine. Can't believe that manufacturer chose to drop basic Rinse Cycle function. Poor design philosophy.
Great little affordable dishwasher JeannineI only run my dishwasher about twice a week. I didn’t need anything too fancy for my tiny kitchen. This basic ikea dishwasher exceeded my expectations. It’s gets my dishes sparkling clean. The drying portion is soooo hot I need 2 hours for it to cool before I attempt to handle the dishes. Great appliance compared to my last one that I spent $700 on.
The one thing I find problematic is the start button is nearly impossible to push by hand. I have to use a wooden spoon handle to push it in to start. Maybe that’s just mine though…
average wash & racks rust quicklyDanThe washer works as expected given the cost, average. However, both racks have started to rust. I highly recommend that if you buy this washer, that you replace your racks under warranty! Buyer beware.
Still Going StrongJasonI've had this dish washer for 2 years and I'm genuinely impressed with it. I've had zero issues with daily use. It cleans well and actually gets things dry. The rack is beginning to rust in spots where the coating has chipped, and the replacement rack is expensive which is disappointing but inevitable with regular use.
Pretty good basic dishwasherIkePretty good basic dishwasher
LeaksYohanceIt’s a good looking washer. The buttons are awful but the washer unit cleans well. However, it leaks from the main gasket. I need a replacement.
I’d go with a more expensive model next time. Aside from this major issue, it works.
It’s not what I expectTheresaIt’s not what I expect and can’t get it to turn off so I have to keep open from it constantly runs
Racks rusted in 1 yearHarrisonThe racks are rusted in 1 year and IKEA just bounced you around with Electrolux and useless customer service that will not give you warranty replacement.
The racks are made from metal and cover with a cheap plastic that eventually wears out. I replaced a 20 year dishwasher from another brand and did not have this issue.
The dishwasher is OK overall, but the racks are garbage. I guess, more things are going to break over time, but definitely I will not replace the dishwasher with the same brand.
Don't BotherNicholasVery unhappy! Not only did Ikea charge $50 more for the Lagan dishwash, and $20 more for shipping (it was out of stock when I first tried to order, and instead of of saving the order, they said"Try Again"). It seems poorly made, and makes all kinds of clunking and banging sounds while running, and with all that, doesn't clean very well. I will probably return it, and they will probably charge me to ship it back, plus add a restocking fee! NEVER AGAIN, Ikea.

Lagan reviewJenniferIt’s a nice dishwasher. Very basic ,but does the job.
Works well enoughNataliaWish it had a smoother start button. But does the job so that'd good.
Great DishwasherPetraLooks and works great. Basic dishwasher with the necessary functions at a great price. While not really quiet, it also isn't loud enough to be disruptive.
Good dishwasher at a reasonable priceAnonymous reviewerGood dishwasher at a reasonable price
Great ValueEricNeeded I dishwasher in a hurry. Shopped local home improvement centers and all the base models started above $500 and had to be ordered. Checked online at IKEA and found this full featured unit in stock at half the price. Features 2 spray bars and will easily take 2 14” fry pans. Very happy with my choice!!!
Just What I Wanted!NancyWhat a great dishwasher! It holds tons of stuff, has 3 washing cycles, cleans everything and is VERY quiet. The price is better than it's national brand name washer which is exactly the same. than in my last dishwasher.
