Just noElizabethBoth of the boxes came with pieces broken off. Doubt it was due to the carrier as the boxes were well packed and undamaged. Unable to secure the bottom due to broken pieces on the side. Thin plastic construction, looks cheap. Felt like something you’d get for $15 at Bed and Bath, but was $29.99!

Clean Look for Supplies!SarahHave a bunch of these mixed sizes inside of the sektion cabinets & storage closet for light bulbs, batteries, sponges, & cleaning supplies. I love the clean seamless look. My only complaint is not to put too heavy of stuff inside because the bottom isnt completely secure. The bottom doesn't fall out, rather up.

IKEA product support was absolutely lovely. They helped me and sent me replacement parts twice.
I would not recommend this product, especially if you are getting it delivered. I had to have this product replaced twice before I got one that arrived without any broken parts. Even after I put it together, it felt unexpectedly flimsy. Most KUGGIS is one piece, but this is made of several plastic panels that are assembled.
The bottom is held in place by small clips, and when holding the box with your hands on the bottom the full weight of the contents is transferred onto the plastic clips. This causes the bottom to come out of place when being used to carry even moderately (10lbs) heavy objects.
I love the KUGGIS line, and so I was very excited for this when it came out. Unfortunately it’s not worthy of the KUGGIS brand and falls short of expectations, especially at the current price of USD $22, which is quite expensive for a storage box.
Too expensive for what it is: requires assembly and flimsy.KarenFirst, I was surprised to find that assembly was required. I went back to the website to see if I missed that info and didn't readily see it. Second, some of the nubs meant to hold it together were broken. Third, after assembling, I went to place one on a tall shelf. I placed my hand on the bottom to lift it up and my hand pushed the bottom out of place and into the box. Luckily it was empty or everything would have landed on top of me.
Poor qualityCamilleLove the look and idea of these boxes. I bought two got home and one of them had a piece broken off. Called was sent a new one, only to have three of the tabs half broken.
Doesn't work with EketMerrittI had a previous version of this (without the lid) that fit Eket perfectly. This version DOES NOT. Very disappointed.
Great Storage OptionDonnaI've purchased several of these for bathroom storage. I liked the no lid option but will be able to work with the new lidded only option.
This is an awesome bin!AnneI purchased this bin to add to the Kallax cube storage unit, and it did not disappoint. I am using it to store quilting supplies such as layer cakes and jelly rolls. The hole in the front makes it easy to get in an out of the cube.
Not compatible with EketJillThis Kuggis was advertised with my Eket, so I was disappointed to learn (after assembling it) that it does not fit.

Different versionAshlynThis version of this box is larger than it used to be, and does not fit inside the eket anymore but other than that it is a solid storage solution.

Kuggis Cube is disappointingCeceI love the Kuggis line. I have multiples in every size and have used them for years without any issues. They're sturdy, strong, easy to clean, can be used with or without the lid. I love Kuggis. So, when I saw the Kuggis cube, it was the Kuggis of my dreams. The narrow at the bottom, wide at the top -- gone. Bigger size, new shape. I couldn't wait to get it, but then it arrived... Failure #1, you have to put it together. And even by Ikea standards, it's a crazy construction. Not sturdy or strong. I planned to cover it with decorative adhesive film, and that has helped to strengthen it up. Failure #2, the bottom is useless. I attached the lid to the bottom for extra support. Failure #3, they're not 12.5" on the inside, it's closer to 12 1/4" or 12 1/8". It was a problem for me, but the things I stored in the bin will just be crooked instead of straight. Ikea you were SO close on this one. So disappointed.
