HOOKS MISSING FROM ONE OF THE PACKAGESSusanHow frustrating! This is the second time I've tried home delivery for an order over $150. Not worth it, I had to pay $10 for the delivery and then I get an opened box with no hooks included. Otherwise, these things are great, but don't trust them to send you the complete item, check the boxes in store.

Solution to a problemAnnWe needed to hang wet washcloths, and brushes inside the shower but the surface would never hold anything...till we found these tough dudes.

Classy LookJanetThese are not only functional, but decorative. The trick is to clean the area first, let it dry and, using a little weight when you push, listen for the "click/pop". If you need to remove and reinstall, use something flat like a credit card and wipe the suction cup to make sure it's clean. Work great on tile and can hold a large thick towel.

Great product, but came without all partsToryI really love these hooks! The one downside was that it was missing the screw/cap which keeps the hook on the suction cup part, so I can only use 1 of the 2. I didn't notice until I opened the box a month later after moving, so maybe check the product before you leave the store parking lot...still a good product though and I would recommend it!
