Read This If The Doors Won't CloseFeather R.Hey, y'all! I saw a few reviews that say that the doors won't close once the shoe rack is installed. The top shelf should sit backwards from the base shelf. If you look in the picture you can see that the rounded "bullnose" is on the front in the bottom shelf and in the back on the top shelf. I initially installed both shelves oriented the same way and the doors won't close. Once I reversed the top shelf to match the pictures, the shelf works great. Very happy these finally came back in stock!
FinctionalMarc M.Great addition to the closet. Holds a lot of shoes.
shoe storagePaulworks well keeps my shows and closet neat and organized
Shoe racksJANETI have waited for over a year for these shoes racks in white. Since they were never available my husbanded bought the gray ones just so we could finish our closet organizer. I’d still prefer white so that everything matches. But they are functional for now.
You can't close PAX wardrobe doors if installedKate G.I waited ages for this to come back in stock - it finally did, I paid for it to be delivered for our entryway closet system (PAX) and only after install realized that you inexplicably cannot close the wardrobe doors once this is installed. They definitely need to state/ make this clear - I only knew I wasn't crazy by seeing other reviews here to that effect.
Easy and functionalKIMThis was simple to install and just what I needed to keep my shoes organized.
Love my PaxShakiraLove the shoe rack but this size 19 inches really only holds 2 shoes per rack. I also have a system with the 39 inch and that holds 5 pair per rack. Smaller size is what my teenager requested
Also these screws get striped extremely fast so be careful. Especially with the shoe rack
Love the shoe rack.EarleenI need another one, they only had one in stock. I love the entire PAX system. It’s hard to gather all the pieces but so worth the trouble.
Wrong size threadsHolland S.The threaded holes on the support sides have been mis sized and therefore I cannot attach the top shelf. The 16 screws drop right through and don’t bite.
Awsome shoe storageTARIQGreat option or shoe storage, but it is always out of stock.
EssentialAlainThis shoe rack is an essential part of the closet we designed. It works as well as expected or better.
Nice quality sturdyWorks great for my closet, good quality, functional for my need
FlimsyWernerCrude design with too many parts promise problematic functionality. Unfortunately this is the only shoe storage option for the 22" deep pax frame.
Shoe KeeperEdwardSturdy, well made device that stores and then makes shoes easily available.
Pax ClosetJENESEGreat system, easy to build. I’m so excited for my new closet.
love these shoe racksMarcThese fit in Pax system. Easy to put together and hold a lot of shoes. Love them.
OrganizationcuratestewartThis was great in organizing my shoes. Love it! Easy to assemble
Really good!Humbertin1Good amount of shoes and display.
Lesson learnedWhyyesIamarocketscientistFour stars because this just doesn’t look as nice as most of the other komplement accessories. There are gaps between pieces when assembled. It also doesn’t quite hold 3 pairs of my husbands’ size 11.5 work and tennis shoes across the bottom shelf without one shoe being askew, so it only holds 5 pairs of large shoes neatly. (Holds 3 pairs on the top OK because there’s no lip on the sides.) Lastly, I noticed other reviews saying the shelf doesn’t fit with doors. I had that problem, too, which confused me because I’d played with it in the store and didn’t have that problem. When I combed the instructions, I saw I’d put the top shelf on backwards. Very, very easy mistake because it’s opposite of the bottom shelf. Luckily, it could easily be fixed in place and now no problems. I share this info so that you can learn from my mistake and pay close attention to the picture in the last step of the instructions. ;-)
