They are actually 37 7/8 x 22.5 instead of 39 3/8x 22 7/8. It’s a shelfBouthenaIt’s your standard shelf. Comes with little nub things that screw into the wardrobe wall holes. The nub things aren’t the greatest of quality shelf holders; the shelf should be lowered onto them gently/carefully.5
